What an amazing human being! Melina has such a sweet and easy going demeanor, both my children took to her very well! She has excellent communication and has helped our family during a critical time when we needed a full time nanny temporarily. I appreciated her flexibility with us as we were adjusting to a new schedule and she seemed to have adjusted very quickly to our expectations and boundaries that we set for our kids. My daughter (3.5yrs) always enjoys story time w Melina and my son(16mths) seems to always want extra cuddles before she leaves.
