About Melanie

Welcome! I am a reliable, compassionate, and communicative individual who enjoys caring for all types of children. My current master's program at UCF in Clinical Mental Health Counseling has provided me with a Play Therapy Graduate Certificate which equips me with being able to be attuned to your child's needs meanwhile allowing them to express themselves in a safe and trusting environment. I have experience caring for children of family and friends, as well as working as a babysitter for families during my undergraduate and graduate years. I also worked Glazer Children's Museum in Tampa, FL as a youth programs intern and playologist where my job was all about interacting with children and providing a fun experience with hints of learning. I am all about having a fun time while upholding family boundaries and rules to ensure safety. I hope to meet you and your family soon!
