Mekayla was great to work with because she is reliable, self aware, and hard working. She was always quick to absorb changing plans - such as what to cook or when to be out of the house during an important work call. Every day before Mekayla left, she straightened the house and left it in a fashion that was not overwhelming to walk into. A testimony to Mekayla's character is that fact that without being asked, she often did extra to straighten or clean - like doing the dishes, unloading a dishwasher, or giving an extra bath as needed. Mekayla is self motivated and can be trusted to do a great job with any opportunity. I would recommend working with her enthusiastically.
