I can provide a lesson plan, goals and objectives that are reasonable and achievable, and use positive re-enforcement. I like to get creative with my teaching, such as using objects to help emphasize a point, sight references and being imaginative in order for the student to enjoy their learning, and associate better. I do not do the work for them, rather show them through example or as they are working on a problem. I am strong in basic algebra and mathematics, biology, and English/reading. During the year, I work as a paraprofessional at a local high school and the work can be similar.
