I'm very passionate about child development. I actively work on conscious parenting and believe that all children deserve to be treated with respect and empathy. We love to play outside, bake together, read books, and go to parks and libraries. We work through lots of big emotions and practice labeling and regulation tools. I incorporate some Montessori philosophies and am consent-conscious. I'm comfortable transporting kids in car seats fitted for maximum safety. Megan is the best nanny one can dream of. I’ll give her a 10 if there are that many stars. We hired her to take care of my daughter who’s 2.5 year old and has gone through multiple developmental changes during the care time. Megan observed the developmental changes, raised them to me and provided multiple options to guide my daughter through those phrases. From her, my daughter mastered the concept of sharing, learned emotions and many other essential skills. I trust Megan to be an excellent care to any families.
