I am a registered nurse with over 500 hours of clinical experience. Along with my compassionate nature and dedication to serve humanity, I have the skills and ability to become a home care nurse. During my education and clinical experiences, I have gained strong skills of providing nursing services within a defined scope of practice. I am highly skilled in monitoring clients through observation, assisting with personal hygiene, administering medications, and encouraging ambulation and exercise. In addition, I am able to manage changes in client's conditions, provide nutritional support and other supportive tasks.
