It really pains me to write this! I really loved Megan when I interviewed her on Wednesday. I hired her with a start date on Monday, April 15. When we last spoke we coordinated a meet and greet with my child and family. I requested a copy of her driver's license and proof of insurance and Megan mentioned she will email it to me. Well, Friday came on gone and Megan never showed up. I called, left voice messages, texts and even messaged her via care.com and no reply from Megan at all. I've scrambled to make last-minute transportation for my child however I would not recommend her whatsoever since she completely left me out to dry with no response or reason why she couldn't make it yesterday. I understand circumstances beyond our control and emergencies come up but too not hear from Megan at all is not nice. I wish Megan well in all future endeavors and hope nothing serious happened.
