I'd describe my personality as outgoing, organized, and adventurous! I like working with animals because we are able to create a special bond with animals! I'm looking for a job that allows me to connect with my community! I started working with animals when I was in elementary school when my family adopted our rescue pup, Chopper. Professionally, I started in animal welfare in 2022 as the Volunteer Manager at the Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County. I have earned my Fear Free Certification - learning animal behavior. I am also experienced with caring my reactive dogs (my pup included!). We have 3 rescue animals- all under 3! Cleo and Nala- our cats and Denali- our pup! In my spare time, I like to camp, swim, and watch reality TV! My skills include giving oral medication, teaching tricks such as spin, and lots of belly rubs!
