I've worked with kids of many backgrounds. When I was younger I spent time watching over my cousin who has autism, and I learned very quickly how to adapt to his ways of learning and communicating. Throughout college, I nannied for a family who's son had Tourette's syndrome. Again, I'm very good at adapting to children's different abilities when it comes to communicating and learning!
