About Mayra

I'd describe my personality as friendly, adaptable, and patient. I like working with kids because they are exciting and have lots of opportunity to learn and grow. I'm looking for a job where I can enjoy caring and working with children in a safe smoke-free environment using arts and crafts, reading children's books, and playing age appropriate games. I started working with kids when I taught Sunday school in 2005 to toddlers. I then became an elementary school teacher, and I have been working with children for the last 18 years. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, read books, cook, garden, volunteer, go hiking, go camping and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am a responsible and realizable person. My skills include time-management, effective communication, and problem solving.
