About Maura

I am mother to a sweet, intelligent, energetic 6-year-old girl. I love playing games, crafting, exercising, exploring, and spending time teaching. I have babysat and tutored for families for the past 10 years, from newborns to teenagers. I am available to help with light housework, errands, laundry, homework, pet care, and meal prep. I have a great deal of experience teaching, including working a year in a high school classroom setting and homeschooling my own daughter. As we love making new friends and some families are looking for playmates for their children, I am looking for a position where I bring my daughter with me. When the weather permits, I love taking trips to parks, the zoo, museums, and the library.
