About Mattie

While I have no professional experience as a senior caregiver, I do have quite a bit of personal experience caring for seniors as well as an enthusiastic, compassionate attitude that makes me perfect for the job! My father is 80 years old and I have several years of experience caring for him during times when he's been unable to do so himself such as post-surgery and throughout various sicknesses. I have also often cared for my grandmother (86). I am able to perform duties such as house cleaning, cooking (I'm able to accommodate any dietary restrictions), grocery shopping or shopping of any kind, transporting to and from doctor's appointments or anywhere else, and am able to properly administer medication. I also have a compassionate, curious attitude that makes me a great companion to any client. I strive to make my role as a caregiver not only helpful in a practical sense but helpful and enriching in a social sense, too.
