About Matthew

Hi, I'm Matthew and I've been helping people with various health issues for over 18 years. Whether assisting with daily activities such as meal prep, medication prompting, transportation to doctors, shopping or just going for a leisure drive, my goal is to always make you or your loved one feel comfortable and cared for. As a retired Wellness Chiropractor, I have expertise in creating and helping with exercise programs, physical therapy exercises and experience working with and helping people with strategies for anxiety and stress issues. I can also offer pre doctor visit preparation, where we sit together and create a question and concern list, so that when leaving the office, they feel at ease knowing all of their questions were answered.
