About Matthew

Hi there! My name is Matt and I am a 23-year-old recent college grad looking to help anyone who needs it in the area. A fun fact about me, I studied Film in college and was working in entertainment in LA for about 5 months before Covid hit. I have a strong history caring for children, for my mother has been a preschool director for over 20 years, and I grew up volunteering in her classrooms. I also was a Camp Counselor for 4-6-year-olds one summer, where I received the Best New Staffer Award. In addition to this, I served as a Classroom Volunteer at Deerfield Elementary School in Westwood for my senior service project in high school. I love sports, movies, reading, writing and art. I have always enjoyed caring for kids, and helping them learn, for I believe it is in my blood. I should mention however, that I am intending on returning to LA whenever it is safe to do so, which likely won't be until after winter. Thank you so much and I look forward to helping you out!
