My name is Matilda! I am 24 years old and I am a graduate from Sonoma State University. I currently live in the Long Beach area and have no plans to move. I am an extremely bubbly person and I love kids! Just a bit about me and my background is that I have been babysitting since the age of 15 and I was a nanny for a year and a half to two kids, one girl and one boy, ages 5 and 8. I was also a nanny last summer for 10 months to a baby girl, I started watching her when she was 4 months old. I worked at a preschool after school ever other day just helping the teacher with the kids and helping them with homework/nap time! I am CPR certified and I do have my own form of transportation and am comfortable with driving children. I do love bringing crafts and new ideas to work to show kids and teach them new fun stuff! I just finished my job working in a baby store! In high school I was volunteering at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, in the pediatric department and labor and delivery.

We hired Matilda as a babysitter while she was a senior in high school, let's just say when she emailed me asking to write a review for her I was more than willing to! She was an incredible fit for the job, she has a big heart and a contagious smile that she always brings to the home. She made sure my son was always fed, comfortable, and most important, happy. She helped us change and clean his reusable diapers and would prepare two to three meals a day for him, plus snacks. She had a positive attitude and an empathetic kindness, she was always patient with our son and never failed to entertain him. Matilda was an absolute delight to have around and someone you won't regret hiring.
