People can be great but 9 times out of 10 I prefer animals to people, we understand each other and they make life so much better. One of these days I'll have a rescue, but until then I get to love on other peoples fur babies. My small chug loves having company but is respectful of other animals space, once she gets over the initial excitement. Caring pet parents who love and appreciate their babies and I will get along great. Pets that get along with mine in a situation where everyone is safe and comfortable is the most important aspect to me. Clear communication about expectations and needs, and any special issues your pet(s) may have that would need attention is a must. I grew up on a farm taking care of a wide variety of animals. I began training dogs in 4-H around 7 and have been hooked since. I've always watched friends pets, worked on several ranches , and aquariums and terrariums. I'll watch anything! I have experience and am comfortable giving any meds or shots if needed.
