Bathing, incontinence, Physical exercise, Verbal exercise, Family support, Appointment transfers, Medical logging, Scheduling, and Recruiting. The most amazing thing about working with seniors is learning from them, and giving back to the many years they gave! I have worked with over a dozen families. Three families, I have worked with without working through an agency. I've enjoyed going out on my own, because I've been able to listen to the family more on their needs and wants. I am not confined by a company on what I can and cannot do for the family. Senior care is not just for the senior, it's also for the family around.
