I was a nanny for a family of five for two years, worked at a daycare, volunteered at church nursery for a few years and just got done working as a preschool teacher for two years. Mary is such a sweet young lady, with a very special love for children. While Mary was an employee, she was always extremely trustworthy and dependable. I would most definitely hire Mary again, but I know she would like full time employment and our program only allows for twelve hours per week! If you give Mary exact instructions, she will do her very best to follow through with those instructions. Any child would be so lucky to have Mary as their nanny, she has a special gift with children! Thank you, Cindy
