About Mary

Hello! I was a teacher for 8th through 12th grade math and science for 15 years. I stepped out of the classroom to spend more time with my family, but I am still looking to help students learn. I was a professional tutor as my side job for many years. I can work with any school-age child through first year college. I also do ACT/SAT prep. I do have a weakness for writing papers, though! I can help with editing. I also create personalized learning paths. This is common in summertime especially. we can talk through your child's needs, and I can develop a plan. I also do this for students who perform well, but we just want them to stay with their academics during vacation. Please reach out!
