Guess what! I'm a senior too. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them with errands and appointments. But I have the most fun helping people participate in activities they like, especially how to enjoy their laptop computers, ipads and cell phones. I coach seniors in a number of activities we can do together at home. -watching streaming movies, concerts, and classes - exercising with online classes - setting up facetime or online conversations with special relatives and friends - programing their microwave oven - checking on their online medical records - setting up online banking and bill pay - improving keyboarding skills - navigating genealogy sites - playing wordless and solitaire - bookmarking favorite shows and movies Some of the activities require repetition to master so I leave pictures and simple instructions. But even when we have to re-start a task from scratch we still have fun when we interact together.
