About Mary

I am a 51-year-old woman. I am married with 4 adult children. I have a bachelors degree in health science from Slippery Rock University. I have been doing adult care-giving for 23 years now. I started off working for an agency taking care of mentally challenged adults. I would go to their residence and provide daily care for them. Some of these duties included, bathing, changing catheter bags, feeding tubes, regular meal prep, medication distribution, transportation to and from day programs, daily outings, and companionship. I then went in to private duty care. I have cared for all different types of people. Most of my clients are with me until they need more advanced medical care. I have had clients who needed help with changing and cleaning catheter bags, flushing feeding tubes, caring for stage 4 pressure wounds, Alzheimer's, stroke patients, COPD, to just plain companionship. I also have all my clearances including my FBI finger prints. I also have references. Thank you!
