I am a Certified Permanent Substitute teacher at an elementary school in the Elmhurst district. During the school year I worked five days each week, teaching Math, Reading & Writing, in-person and online. When helping individuals, I use methods appropriate for that student's learning style. I make learning fun with meaningful activities the student can relate to, using strategies known as 'Active Learning.' I also taught Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access for many years at Triton College and can personalize sessions for only the functions in which you are interested.
