About Marycarmen

As a full spectrum birth worker, I am happy to support your special needs during the time of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum time as you heal from birth. The first {at least} 40 days should be prioritized for rest of the mama and parents. In addition to light cleaning during my visits, I am also happy to provide home cooked, healing meals and drinks for the birthing person or entire family. Using local, sustainable and organic ingredients, my priority is supporting the holistic healing of the family during the sacred time of birth. Thank you for being here.
