Marsha was our daughter's nanny for five years. Her warmth, dedication, and love for children really made us feel safe and comfortable with her as a caregiver for our daughter. Marsha is confident with children, yet gentle and loving. She's always got a plan for each day, and is very engaged. She always had age-appropriate activities, and is good at managing nap and meal times. As our daughter grew older, Marsha incorporated fun and stimulating activities into the schedule, including teaching a little bit of basic reading, writing, and even arithmetic. We liked Marsha's approach to discipline-loving and gentle, but firm and effective. I found Marsha very easy to work with, in terms of setting the schedule for each week. We were always able to figure out a schedule that worked for everyone. Marsha is all-around a great nanny, and we highly recommend her.
