Marlene responded to my job post and scheduled an interview with me. She never showed for the interview that she requested. I know things can get busy and that she possibly got another job, but she never took the time to consider my time as well. When I messaged her to see if she was on her way, I could see that she received and read my message but still never responded. Almost a week later, still no apology. I wanted to give her a minute to reach out before posting this but I see that she has no respect for both sides of this process. It's unfortunate.
