About Mariya

Hi! My name's Mariya, and I am a currently a rising sophomore at Boston University majoring in Film and Television. I am 18 years old. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, energetic, and honest. I like working with kids because I like the idea that I can change the lives of the children positively through teaching them more about the world. I started working with kids when I was 10 and would babysit for my friend's little siblings, but started doing it more professionally by sophomore year of high school and have been doing it ever since. In my spare time, I like to create films, write, run, play soccer, dance, sing, produce music, and cook. I love being active and outside. My babysitting skills include being adaptable to new situations, being able to calm upset children down through compassion and patience, and keeping children clean and organized. I love to cook and clean, so I am more than happy to make your children food or clean for them if you would like me to.
