About Marissa

I have 10 years of experience babysitting children anywhere from age 1 to 14 years old. I can help with cooking/meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping, carpool, crafts, swimming supervision, travel, remote learning. My little brother is five years younger than me so I have always been around younger kiddos and love being around them. I try to keep the kids I watch entertained without just putting on a movie or tv show. I can get them excited and engaged for even the smallest tasks such as setting the table or create the menu for dinner. I am able to multi task and pay close attention to the kids I'm watching, especially the little ones! I'm very outgoing and energetic and love learning new things as well as teaching - I have worked full time in Higher Education for the past year and before that was a graduate student for 3 years.
