About Marisa

Hello, my name is Marisa and I am 23 years old. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, and graduated from an accelerated program with honors. Presently, I am pursuing a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. I have extensive experience providing homework help, and assistance with all types of school studies, amongst all different age groups, from my former experience as a nanny, my former experience as a tutor amongst my collegiate peers, and as an older sister to two younger sisters. With virtual learning becoming the new norm, I feel confident that I can provide tutoring that will meet these new standards, as I am highly familiar with, and confident using, the technology that will be utilized. As someone who has always been fond of school and learning, I actively strive to reinforce the importance of education with all children that I work with.
