About Marina

As a former teacher, I sincerely miss spending time with children. After teaching for three years, I realized my passion was within social emotional development of children. In order to pursue this passion, I needed to go back to graduate school, and with the structure and demands of teaching, it was no longer feasible. I feel that a perfect middle ground is nannying. Below are my qualifications and skills: - de-escalation techniques for dysregulated children. - experience caring for the environment of a classroom, including dusting, mopping, washing dishes, wiping counters, vacuuming, ect. - masters level education in clinical counseling, focusing in childhood and social emotional development - tutoring included in nannying services. (math, science, history, art, and language) - willingness to contribute to additional family needs. - safety awareness for large groups of children, requiring attention divided among 10 children. I look forward to connecting to a loving family!
