The main thing keep the house clean, organize all closets, drive kids to school and pick them up, babysit a 4-year-old girl she is the youngest one of four kids, run errands and grocery shopping. When the person in charge of the house went on vacation I was responsible of some other duties such as helping in family events, stayed overnight to take care of the kids when the parents were out of town, prepared meals for the family and organize maintenance people and show them what needs to be fix

First let's start with the positives: Maria is an excellent multitask-er and is also an excellent house keeper. She cleaned, organized, and did laundry and really is good at what she does, when she comes. I would hire again based on that. However, she worked for us for 2.5 months and then without any feedback, warning or reasoning just didn't show up to her next shift and ghosted us completely. She never gave an explanation to why she quit, what we may have done that made her decide to quit, whether she found a better job and just didn't want to let us know... completely disappearing and ghosting after coming twice a week for 2.5 months for 5 hours. I find not showing up to work, quitting without notice, and then completely ghosting without any explanation unprofessional and frustrating for those who are left scrambling to find someone else, while also worrying that something happened to her. That being said, be aware that this may happen and know that for the time she is there she's actually good
