Hello families :) I'm Maria but everyone calls me Mia, I am 20 and studying ECE. I've been working with kids for 4 years now but I usually prefer to be a private nanny or mother's helper. I'm very bubbly and love to be outdoors, I'm CPR certified for all ages. I took 3 years of Early childhood education classes throughout high school it was so informative and I learned more than I could've imagined. I love making connections with new people and families. Mia was very nice and personable and did well with our daughter. So no knocks in this aspect of her abilities. She was also early most the time which was nice. The hard part was how she quit. Mia ask if it would be alright for her to come in late, which we said was fine. 3 hours after her shift started, with no updates, she texted us that she needed to part ways and quit, thus leaving us hanging for the rest of the day and leaving us in a bind. It really would of been nice to have some heads up so we could transition to a new nanny.
