Having Marcy as our son's nanny was a true blessing. Not only is she extremely patient and kind, but she is also incredibly hard working and reliable. She arrived early to our home every day and did not hesitate to take on extra hours if we asked her to stay late or come early on short notice. Her flexibility was indispensable since my husband and I work demanding jobs with somewhat unpredictable hours. On top of Marcy's excellent character, our son completely adored her-literally giggling and smiling when she came through the door each morning. We love that she encouraged his love of reading and helped track his milestones throughout his first year of life. She has an intuitive understanding of the needs and abilities of infants and is warm, nurturing, and responsive to our son. We were so sad to lose Marcy due to job relocation - she is seriously wonderful! Do yourself a favor and grab her up before another family does!
