About Marci

Hi! I'm a 55-year-old woman who is a caregiver for my elderly mother. I have college education in early childhood development as well as experience working with children and also people/ children with special needs. I am a mother of two sons who are grown and I was a home maker as they were growing up. I was very involved and intentional raising my children with much nurturing, enthusiasm and effort! I believe chikdren learn through play and also positive redirection rather than forms of punishment. I love doing various crafts with children and teaching them simple life skills. I treat all children with respect. I've decided to look into childcare again because I find myself caring for many of my friends xhikdren and enjoying it along the way. Im able to help with light housekeeping and meal prep but prefer a clean home to begin with so that I can focus my attention on the children. If the home is already clean I can definitely help in maintaining!
