About Mara

Hi families! Hope everyone is going well. My name is Mara, and I'm looking for a full-time babysitting/nanny position live-in or live-out in New York City. I'm a 27-year-old Colombian woman, with a lot of experience and love for taking care of children. Before coming to the United States, I have great experience with childcare for over 5 years while I was studying law and since I arrived in the United States I have been taking care of kids in my two years as an au pair. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns, babies, toddlers, kindergarteners, pre-teens and teenagers. I believe in fostering creativity through activities like arts and craft, learning a new language together, cooking together and practice some sports, I'm also dedicated to keeping kids active and healthy, from meal prepping to walks in the park.
