I assume Mallory is punctual and dependable as she did answer all my communications in a timely manner. However, she is too expensive, charging $40 for travel which I feel is excessive. There shouldn't be any charge for travel. She chose to be within this area for cleaning. I traveled and hour as a nurse to my job in the city. I didn't demand travel pay. This was a deal breaker.
