About Mallory

My childcare experience began in high school, when I helped run summer camps for children as part of an outreach program. During my time in college, I was a nanny for two children for several years. This consisted of picking them up from school, taking them to extra-curricular activities, helping them with homework, preparing meals, and occasionally helping them with their bedtime routine. I've work for a non-profit for emotionally disturbed and behaviorally challenged children for 7 years. Currently, I am working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for children and adults. I have a lot of experience with behavior management techniques and have my Master's degree in Teaching. I enjoy having fun with children and finding opportunities for learning within their play and normal routine. I can be silly and playful when needed but also know when to set boundaries and follow through with rules set by guardians. I look forward to meeting you and your child!
