About Mallery

I'd describe my personality as kind, creative, and determined. I like working with kids because I love to see the world through their imagination and play a part in encouraging the next generation. I'm looking for a job that will fill my summer time off (as a substitute teacher), is with a friendly family, and is willing to be flexible when needed! I started working with kids when I was around 13 years old at my church and then got first aid/CPR certified before my first paid job that same year. In my spare time, I like to go on hikes with my husband and our dog or read at the beach. One thing you should know about me is that I am a very active, athletic person and am always down to spend time outside soaking up the sun! My skills include adaptability, creative playtime/crafts, and patience to find what works best with each child.
