We hired Malin to be our nanny for our 4 month old. After the first week she wrote us saying she had some chronic knee issue and wouldn't be able to work the next day. As the week continued the story changed more and she said she couldn't work the remainder of the week. Then we never heard from her again. She seemed inexperienced with the newborn but she was doing an okay job with her. However, she proved to be unreliable.
