I just graduated Regis with my Bachelor's Degree of Science and Nursing and will be currently studying for Nclex this summer. I have two years experience in the hospital settings as well. We started working with her through the book now feature on care.com to provide short term care while waiting for a full time nanny. When things didn't work out with our full time nanny, she stepped into the role with ease for a summer. She gave full time care to our 6 month old daughter and did excellent work. She is someone who is trustworthy, on time, and responsible. She's able to think about what needs to be done without needing much instruction. She kept my daughter safe at all times and was able to coordinate nursing, nap sleep training schedules, and play time activities with ease. She was also able to provide care for two- an infant and toddler- with similar success. I would have no hesitation about rehiring her and think any child would benefit from her warm, capable, and affectionate child care services.
