About Malak

Hi, my name is Malak! I'm a college student In NYC. Despite my Journalism degree, my true passion is education and caregiving. I'm great with kids and enjoy spending time with them, wether that's helping them with homework or playing games. I'm patient, responsible, and adaptable. I find value in building trust and forming connections with kids and contributing to their wellbeing. It's a way for me to be in touch with my inner child. I have experience caring for a girl of 8 years old, and her brother, a boy of 10. My responsibilities included after-school care and homework assistance. I'm passionate about home-making and have a knack for it. I'm an attentive cleaner and love to create tidy spaces. I used to work as a freelance housekeeper. I have experience dog sitting, and am great with cats. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends, going to the cinema, and reading.
