About Makayla

I'd describe my personality as caring. I like working with kids because they are really my passion. I care for all of the children like they are my own. I am very protective of every child. I believe that the parents trust me to care for their kids and I will do it to the best of my ability. I'm looking for a job that has a positive environment and everyone works together for the sake of the child I started working with kids about 2yrs ago. work full time as a lead teacher in a daycare. I've been at this center for 1 yr. In my spare time, I like to write music. Music is my passion. I believe that music is one way to express how you feel. One thing you should know about me is I'm very big on communication. Any and everything that I do I have to make sure that the communication is there on both ends just so that everyone is comfortable. My skills include effectively writing lesson plans. Being able to make sure that every child feels safe with me. In all things the child has fun!
