Hi my name is Maddie! As a caring and experienced childcare provider, I prioritize the well-being and happiness of the children in my care. My passion for working with kids stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the profound impact I could have on their lives. I possess a combination of patience, creativity, and friendliness that allows me to connect with children easily and create a nurturing environment. When communicating with parents, I adapt to their preferred methods to ensure open and transparent discussions about their child's day and any concerns. I firmly believe in the importance of household rules and am comfortable enforcing them in a gentle yet consistent manner. With three years of experience as a childcare provider, I am confident in my ability to care for children.
