About Madison

I'd describe my personality as honest, nurturing and determined. I make proactive decisions and provide a love a lot of people can't. I like working with kids because I have lots of experience from taking care of nieces and nephews. We grew up together and I just love being a staple in kids' lives by building a relationship and in turn creating stability and comfort. I'm looking for a job that gets me away from the 9-5 norm under a corporate roof. I'd like that flexibility. I started working with kids when I was around 10 years old. I pretty much grew up with my nieces and nephews alongside me while also raising them. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, hiking and yoga. I like to do anything that betters myself overall. One thing you should know about me is that I am one of the most caring people you will meet. I am respectful of boundaries and will NOT cross the lines that you set because I understand the amount of trust it takes in hiring the perfect caregiver.
