About Madison

I'd describe my personality as extroverted, creative and compassionate. I like working with kids because small minds amaze me. I love to see how every child is different, & I love even more when I'm able to adapt to their ways & help them learn. I myself have struggled with some learning disabilities such as ADHD, & I can easily recognize when a child needs extra assistance & what that may look like. I am comfortable working with children on the spectrum, I am a very patient individual & I love to be apart of their growth. I started working with kids when I was around 14-15, but I've been around kids my whole life. My mother was a single mom most of my siblings' life, and it required me to step up. I took pride in my caretaking skills and starting caring for local families. I've been with a family in Salisbury for more than 6 months looking after a beautiful 5-year-old girl, and am looking to extend my abilities to other families now as well!
