Maddie joined our family in 2022. Her nurturing nature, patience, and genuine love for my children created a safe and loving environment for our little ones to thrive. Madison possesses a unique ability to connect with children on their level, making them feel comfortable, understood, and valued. She has a natural instinct for anticipating their needs and providing them with the support and attention they require. Our children developed a deep bond with with her and they eagerly looked forward to spending time with her. Not only is Maddie is exceptional in her interactions with our children, but she also demonstrates strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to her responsibilities. She takes the initiative to engage our children in various activities that promoted their learning, creativity, and physical development. Her ability to create a structured routine while incorporating fun and educational elements is truly commendable. 100% recommend her! She is sweetest person you will ever meet. She always gave me peace of mind! ♥️ if we wouldn’t have moved out state I’d would contact her in a heartbeat!
