Playing make believe at a park 2. Coloring or art time 3. Story time 4. Talking to them one on one I'm of course not perfect, but I have a zero tolerance for yelling, physically hurting, and name calling. My policy about how to treat children is "firm and kind". I have two little that will be in preschool and kindergarten, so I could do some part time help in the mornings, or afternoons with the help of my 3-year-old son. We love having Madelyn care for our kids. She is always looking for new ways to keep them busy after school. She has a bright and positive personality. My twelve year old son with Asperger Syndrome is often hard to get along with but Madelyn knew just how to connect with him from the start. She always takes time to let me know how the afternoon has been when I get home from work. Madelyn would be a great asset for any family!
