About Madeline

I started babysitting regularly when I was 12 years old. My grandma and great aunt have run at-home daycares for 30+ years, so I've always been around babies, toddlers, and little kids. My mom is an elementary school teacher with special education training. And I have a huge age gap between me and my siblings (10-, 12-, and 18- year age gaps). I love kids of all ages, but majority of my experience has been with babies and toddlers. I'm confident I can handle any age, and I do have some tutoring experience as well. In my spare time, I like to do crafts, play board games, hang out with my pets (2 dogs and 3 cats), cook, bake, and wedding plan with my fiancé Michael. My skills include time management (keeping to a schedule if you have one), coming up with new activities and crafts to do and I have some teacher-esque skills to keep them involved and entertained in whatever book we're reading. I'm also very focused on safety + I got my first CPR/first aid certification at 13!
