About Mackenzi

I'd describe my personality as outgoing , understanding and patient I like working with kids because it gives me the opportunity to nature our youth and provide safety within those young minds. As a child sometimes they can feel unheard , I like to make sure all children are felt appreciated and special. I started working with kids when my aunt opened her child care center for children ( First Step Academy). It started as a high school job , then soon became a profession I truly enjoy. In my spare time, I like to shop, pray and regroup on myself , sing, color, binge watch and many more ! One thing you should know about me is safety is my top priority when caring for children. Safety in all aspects, physically, mentally, verbally and even financially depending on the situation. My skills include Organized scheduling , Great listener and able to multi task.
