We hired Lynn to help us with our son for the 6th grade school year. We were home schooling and Lynn came on and tutored our son, who has dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia, and she was amazing. She assisted us to teach Science, Social Studies/History, Spanish and Math. By the end of the year she has him well into 7th grade math. Her energy is calm, genuinely caring, patient and her style of teaching really was to meet our son where he was and find his strengths and weaknesses which she then carefully used to help him as a student. She knew that pushing Spanish grammar would not work, but rather taught him through conversational style and he enjoyed it and grew with it. She also worked with us as parents for homework volume, projects to balance school with family time/outside etc.. She accommodated our vacations and would keep us informed of her time away to create balance/add days. What a blessing to have her 5 days a week with our son. I absolutely recommend Lynn.
