About Lynley

My degree is in family & community services w/ a split minor in psychology/sociology. My college internship (12/2002) was completed @ a nursing facility in Nashville, NC & I loved it. I worked closely w/ the Social Worker, Activities Director, & the Operations Manager. I worked closely w/ patients that were there recovering from minor medical setbacks & surgeries, & that were living there that had dementia, Alzheimer's, etc. I have a lot of love & patience for the elderly. I would love to be a caretaker for someone that simply needs someone to spend time w/, someone to help driving them to and from errands & doctor appts, some housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, medication management, any pet care (or anything related to their pets, such as going to the vet), etc. I do not have direct one on one care helping with bathing, but assistance and supervision with this and assistance with getting dressed, I am happy to do.
